The importance of measuring progress

When we deliver our programs to cyber teams, we do pre- and post- assessments so participants can track their progress. Here is an anonymous summary from recent training showing the kinds of changes observable over just four weeks in two individuals. This is indicative of the results we are seeing across larger groups and provides tangible evidence of the effectiveness of the iRest protocol as optimised for cyber teams.
“Subject (a 25 year old male) showed improvements in stress levels after participating in Cybermindz sessions. In week zero, this individual reported experiencing stress quite frequently, feeling nervous and stressed fairly often, and having difficulty coping with all the things they had to do. However, by week four, they reported feeling more confident about their ability to handle personal problems, being better able to control irritations in their life, and feeling that things were going their way more often. They also noted that they had become more perceptive to stress and its associated emotions before they became a problem.
In addition, they reported that the Cybermindz sessions helped them switch off their thinking mind by focusing on sensation, and ultimately gave them the tools to more effectively switch off when necessary.
This person also found the recorded practice sessions useful, as they practiced the protocol almost daily, resulting in significant improvements.
They suggested more exploration of beliefs, as they believe that they are ultimately the source of a lot of their stress.
The second individual, in particular, showed clear positive changes in their ability to handle personal problems, control irritations, and feel more perceptive to stress. They also found the Cybermindz sessions helpful in giving them the tools to switch off their thinking mind when necessary.
Overall, the Cybermindz sessions seem to have positively impacted both individuals, with improvements in their stress levels and ability to cope with stressors in their lives.”
As we build out our delivery. we will publish across the full data sets but these early indications, which have been replicated across all cohorts in our pilot programs, are showing very encouraging results.
