Richard is at the end of an outstanding 30 year career in the Australian Army, retiring as Chief of Staff. He has extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs and many other aspects of leadership. He is a highly credentialed military professional with a vast skill set... but he is also an accredited Integrative Restoration (iRest) facilitator, having brought iRest to the Australian military in 2016.
